Kali or potassium, a mineral found in almost all the tissues in the body and blood plasma. Our cell contains potassium and sodium outside the cell. The sodium-potassium pump keeps the potassium inside and sodium outside which is vital for nerve cellular activity, heart contractions, and kidney functions.
