Homeopathy’s foundation is on Vital force whereas, in Acupuncture, it talks about yin & yang, qi blood & body fluid, 5 elements, & 8 principles.The advantage of qi, blood & body fluid is that it explains further divisions & details about the cause of the diseases, which allows the homeopaths better-detailed differentiation in diagnosis.It can also help to understand the actions of homeopathic remedies.
In homeopathy patient’s feedback is taken into consideration. Whereas here the doctor can check it himself & be sure, sometimes when the patient is unsure, doctor can inform the patient confidently about the progress based on his findings.
Dr.Nilima Thakkar and Dr.Hemant Thakkar will talk on all these aspects and also going to explain each and every detail of Homeosiniatry.
Dr. Nilima Thakkar and Dr. Hemant Thakkar will explain it with examples of symptoms of diseases and their progression and how they are read in terms of acupuncture theory.

About Speaker
Clinical Experience
- Treated patients with Homoeopathy and Allopathy for initial 10 years of practice.
- Handled the Acupuncture charitable clinic for 4 years (jointly managed by K. J. Somaiya Trust and Sujok Academy Moscow).
- Treating patients only by Traditional Acupuncture and SUJOK Acupuncture since 1994 (about 26 years).

- Ex tutor of “New Zealand School of Acupuncture & TCM” (formal teaching in 4 years full time course)
International Academic Administrative Experience of New Zealand
- Ex Administrative Manager of “New Zealand School of Acupuncture & TCM”.

- Conducting Acupuncture treatment camps in India and abroad.

Achievements
- Pioneered opening of charitable Homeopathic clinics through the trust in in all fourteen Municipal hospital of Mumbai including the L.T.M.G Hospital Sion Mumbai 400022.
- Have been Teaching and Training Interns / Students of Homeopathy in charitable institutes and at Municipal hospitals in Mumbai.
- Studied Acupuncture in the year 1997 and further and since then have been innovating the combination practice of Homeopathy and Acupuncture to attain better results in certain cases.
- Also experienced in teaching Acupuncture to the groups of students and has established a Registered Institute of Training Students in Acupuncture viz’ N H INTEGRATED CURES’
- Core committee Member of AASP(ASSOCIATION OF ACUPUNCTURE SCIENCE PRACTIONERS) Mumbai, pioneered the formation of the association and has been actively involved as PR and promotion of Acupuncture learning and upgradation of practitioners since Maharashtra State government has recognized Acupuncture in the state.
- Actively involved in teaching the acupuncture practitioners to attain their eligibility to achieve their registrations in the state.
