Today's culture is to get quick help for health conditions; nobody has time for healing through lifestyle changes. If we do something against nature we have to bear the serious consequencesis the lesson we have learned from Covid.
There are certain myths about our food habits especially children should drink milk, More protein is better, Calcium is needed in osteoporosis, Humans have evolved to eat meat, we need supplements and many more.
Milk contains calcium and children should drink milk but the natural food for infants the breast milk contains the least amount of protein as compared to the milk of several other animals, even cows. Though milk contains calcium some several other nuts and grains contain calcium and some of them even more than milk. And if we consume calcium-rich foods then why there is a problem of osteoporosis? The answer is the consumption of acid-yielding foods.
Excess protein can also be harmful. There are diseases caused due to overconsumption of protein like Osteoporosis, Kidney disease, Gout, Acidity, Cancer, Allergies, Autoimmune diseases and many more.
There is another theory about meat-eating. We are what we eat - the feelings of the animals have transmitted to us their insecurity, feeling forsaken and alone, their hopelessness & despair and their fear. On the other hand, a vegetarian diet helps in Clarity, More relaxation, Grounded, Maturity, Security, Confidence, Responsibility, Contentment... A new paradigm.
So we must eat and live the way we were designed to by Nature or God, Minimize medicines and chemicals and very importantly Trust in the body’s ability to heal.
